Joy Wallace has spent the last 22 years planning and buying media on both the advertising agency side and the media side with CBS radio.

Joy has helped plan and buy media across several media types, including television, radio, print, out-of-home and online advertising campaigns. She has planned media for several retail and consumer product companies.

At CBS radio, Joy was instrumental in planning and coordinating promotional events.

Joy is detail oriented, precise and a strong negotiator. She is responsible for monitoring all media buys for accuracy, checking invoices, and negotiating rates.

She is a Life Member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and served as Captain of the Communications Committee for 12 years as well as being the shows official calligrapher for all of the scholarship banquet awards.
